02Why AI stalls in companies

AI rollouts stall on people, not technology.

  • 01

    The subscription nobody opens

Licences are bought because everyone is buying them. Three months later the invoice renews and usage sits in single digits. AI became a line item, not a capability.

  • 02

    The tool people quietly resist

Nobody argues in the meeting. They just keep working the old way, because the tool was handed down rather than built with them — and because nobody said out loud what it means for their job.

  • 03

The pilot that never reaches real work

An impressive demo on a clean example, run by an enthusiast, on a workflow nobody actually has. It never touches the process where the hours are really spent.

AI doesn't work in a company until the people in it actually want to use it.

Lesson from building companies since 2012

What this is not

  • Not a webinar

Nobody watches. Everyone works — on their own tasks.

  • Not e-learning

No video modules to click through and forget by Friday.

  • Not slides about AI

Theory takes minutes. The rest of the day is hands-on.

  • Not one more subscription

Not another tool you pay for and nobody uses. We start with what you already have.

03Where you sit

Three ways in, depending on your role.

For leadership

Decide where AI pays off — and how to bring people with you.

A realistic picture of value, cost and resistance, and a shortlist of workflows to start with.

Start with: Leadership session

For HR & L&D

AI literacy that actually changes behaviour — and is documented.

Hands-on training on real tasks, certificates for EU AI Act Art. 4, and champions who keep it going.

Start with: Team intensive

For teams

Get hours back on the work you already do every week.

Bring your own tasks. Leave with them automated — and the skill to automate the next ones yourselves.

Start with: Implementation program

04The method

The Adoption Loop.

Four steps that turn training into measurable results. Each round, the team needs me less.

  1. 01

    Learn on real work

People bring their own live tasks and leave with them done faster. Skill is built on the work they will repeat tomorrow — the only training that survives a busy week.

  2. 02

    Team brings ideas

Once people see AI work on their own tasks, they start proposing where else it fits. Adoption stops being a mandate and becomes their idea.

  3. 03

    Build & implement

We build the automations together, on live processes, so the knowledge stays in the company instead of leaving with a consultant.

  4. 04

    Measure & embed

Baseline before, numbers after: hours saved, adoption per team. Internal champions and a shared library make it how work is done — and the loop starts again.

05Packages

Three ways to start. Each ends with people actually using it.

01 · Half-day

Leadership session

For the people who decide. What AI actually changes in your operating model, where the value sits, and how resistance forms before it shows.

What you get

  • A shared, realistic picture of what AI can and can't do in your company
  • A prioritised shortlist of 3–5 workflows worth automating first
  • An adoption plan that anticipates resistance instead of reacting to it
  • Your EU AI Act Article 4 obligations, explained in plain language
  • 14-day email follow-up for participants

For

CEO, COO, C-level, heads of function

02 · 1–2 days · hands-on

Team intensive

A working team learns on its own real tasks. By the end of day one people have automated something they do every week.

What you get

  • Every participant leaves with at least one of their own tasks automated
  • A shared prompt and workflow library built from your team's real work
  • A list of automation ideas proposed by the team itself
  • Certificate of completion for AI literacy (EU AI Act Art. 4)
  • 14-day email follow-up for participants

For

Operations, marketing, HR, finance, support

03 · 6–8 weeks

Implementation program

Training, automations built together with the team, internal champions and follow-up while new habits settle.

What you get

  • Team training plus leadership session
  • Automations designed and built with your team on live processes
  • Internal AI champions trained to carry it forward
  • Before/after measurement: hours saved, adoption per team
  • Follow-up sessions and documented workflows
  • Certificates of completion for all participants
  • 14-day email follow-up for participants

For

Companies making AI adoption a real objective

14 days of short daily AI exercises by email for every participant — included in every package.

What leaders usually ask first

“Our team is not technical.”
Good — neither are most of mine. Nobody writes code. People work on their own tasks in the tools they already use.
“We already bought Copilot / ChatGPT.”
Then we start there. The goal is to get value from licences you already pay for — not to sell you another one.
“What about data security and GDPR?”
We agree approved tools and data rules up front. Exercises use non-sensitive or anonymised tasks; NDA and DPA where needed.
“We tried a training before and nothing changed.”
Usually because it was slides on generic examples. Here people leave with their own work automated — and we measure usage afterwards.

06EU AI Act · Article 4

AI literacy is now an obligation.

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires companies that use AI systems to take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among the staff who work with them — taking into account their role, knowledge and the context of use.

The training is built for exactly that: practical, role-specific, and documented. Every participant receives a certificate of completion describing the content covered — useful evidence of the measures you've taken.

Training, not legal advice.

07What it could be worth

A quick estimate.

Team size × hours saved per person per week × average hourly cost.

Estimated yearly value

€62,100

≈ 1,380 hours a year returned to your team.

Estimate only, based on 46 working weeks a year. It is not a promise — actual savings depend on your workflows and adoption, which is what we measure together.

    AI adoption without resistance

Why AI programmes fail on people rather than on technology — and the practical sequence that turns a sceptical team into the source of ideas.

  • 02

Building products with AI as a non-engineer

Three shipped products, including an App Store release, built end to end without an engineering team. What that changes about who gets to build.

  • 03

AI for founders and leadership teams
